Hello!

My name is Alison Bryce and I am a senior at Texas State University. For my entire life, I have grown up with dogs and loving animals! So, for the last year or so, I have been dog sitting for friends when they need to go on vacation or if they are at work all day. I've watched a variety of dogs. Many different breeds and many different sizes.

I offer different dog-sitting services that range from check-ins daily to spending the night and also house-sitting. I do this because, in my mind, animals sometimes feel more comfortable being in a environment that they know and are comfortable in. Growing up, my least favorite part about going on vacation was the look on my face when I dropped my dog off to be taken care of by a kennel for a couple of days. I want to help others not have to feel that way. Plus, whats better than coming home to your loving pet?

Since I currently live in San Marcos, the distance I am willing to travel varies. For example, if you are wanting to book a dog sitter to move in for the weekend to take care of your dog and home while you are away, I am willing to drive up to 45 miles in any direction. That covers up through south Austin to the very northern part of San Antonio. For one-hour day visits though, I limit those to a 25-mile radius. You can find more information about this under the scheduling tab up top!

I've recently started checking on cats for people but due to allergies, I limit those visits to 1-hour time slots per day. Unfortunately I cannot do overnights with cats. Feel free to contact me next time your dog or cat needs a sitter!

My Promise to You

If you hire me to watch your dog or cat, I promise to fully dedicate myself to them. I will keep you informed with at least one photo of the animal (or one of each animal I am watching for you) per visit as well as a short message telling you how they are doing. Leaving pets can be difficult so I try to make it as if you are not away from them by keeping you up-to-date!
